外贸价格谈判在线求助!(高手请进)
最近谈了一个美国客户.
发过样品,客户很愿意.
但是价格,现在正在谈判当中.
请各位高手帮忙,现将近期来往邮件粘贴如下:
I want to do business with you due to the quality of your hair and wefts, but the price seems excessive for the Yaki.&&The Yaki weave can be Indian Hair, we don't need Malaysian hair.&&Your price of $43.75 for 4 ounces is much more than the retail price of the top US Brand (Milky Way), which is only $35 USD.&&This price quote will not allow my company to make profit on the resell.&&In fact, once you factor in the shipping cost, my company will actually lose money.
The majority of the Suppliers offer the same product in the range of $3.25 to $3.75 per ounce for Yaki Weave straight.
Please make sure we understand each other.

楼主对本行业应该比较了解了吧,同样的产品,他要的价格是不是真的有人能做呢? 还是他在忽悠你?在忽悠你的话,你稍微再给它降点,交期,质量给他保证,适当放大你们的优势,扩大竞争对手的弱点,然后就等他找你。

他现在就是要LZ降价.你先问下你们老板可不可以降价哦.不行的话.你直接告诉老外做这个成本就是这么高,如果再降价的话,你们就没有利润了.让老外去考虑去.他肯定说他们有供应商质量跟你们的差不多.但是他为什么 还给你回信呢?他就是要你们在产品同时又怕你宰他.

既然这个是美国人,你就需要用他们的方式和他们谈。
可以看出他们对你们公司还是非常有兴趣的,如果你们的性价比真的像他说的那样不具有竞争性,那他何必跟你那么多废话。
我08年出开发出的一个美国客户是这么谈价的:
开始报价含分15%
客户检查样品
客户说价格太高,比他们预期的高了20%
我一看,这个说明事实上他对价格已经比较满意了。
一句话,我们让10%,干不干?
美国人就是这么交流的嘛
所以,建议:
和你老板说,再磨下去没有意思了,把底价搞清楚,报客人 FINAL OFFER
客人三天内不回复先不要催,不过别忘记发邮件的时候请求收条
没有收到收条就重发
一周没消息,再发个邮件过去:
说,不知是否是邮件系统问题,还是...
无论如何,我们对这次谈判表示感激,很遗憾这次没有促成交易,但是希望保持联系,日后降价了我通知贵公司。
一个月后还是没有反应,(至少等一个月)
再通知其,我们国内成本有所降低,再给他一点点价,
再还是不成,
算了吧,歇歇

叫客户给你个target price,你还要对市场进行调查,到底是怎么回事,不要外商一喊降就盲目的降价,在你可以把握的情况下,meet half way,一人让一点,a long term business relationship must based on mutual benefit.
再不行,就谈对你公司最有利的付款方式让到低价,这个低价是要有利润空间的哦。

他的目标价是35USD,我肯定不会按他的意思,牵着鼻子走啦.
我也知道同行的价格比我们的便宜.
所以我根据实际情况多少降一些.
世界上的供应商太多啦,不是我们一家,降价是谈判的一个过程.

其实我也还算新手,不是高手哦。
我最近也是遇到一个客人,
跟我谈价都谈了有三个月左右了,还是没有订单,
老是嫌我们的价格太高,
这边我又问过老板,
他说少不了,
如果价格少下来了,我们可能就一点利润都没有了。
但是不管如何啦,
客户还有跟你讨论价格的空间,
证明我们还是有机会的,
我是这么想的。
