压力变送器测量原理压力变送器一种将压力转换成电动信号的仪表设备，输出的标准信号一般为4～20mA或1～5V等直流电信号。可以测量压力、差压、绝压和负压。腰型法兰安装常用的压力变送器分为：电容、电阻式和单晶硅振荡式；电容式：根据陶瓷膜片的形变造成的电容值变化来测压力；多晶硅电阻式：用惠斯通电桥的原理测压力；单晶硅振荡式：利用晶体振荡频率的变化测量压力；压力变送器接线方式为：两线制： 直流电源 （DC 24V ）通过两根线向现场的变换器供电，同时这两根线又是输出信号（ 4～20mA ）的传输线。对于DCS来说，此两线制属于无源信号。三线制：两根传输信号，另外一根提供供电。 三线制就是电源正极用一根线，信号正极用一根线，电源负极和信负极共用一根线。供电电压大多为 DC 24V ，输出信号为DC4-20mA 。对于DCS来说，此三线制属于有源信号。双法兰安装四线制： 两根电源线，两根信号线，一般用于功率较大的仪表设备，如电磁流量计等。对DCS来说，此信号为有源信号。螺纹直接安装如果信号接入过程中，由安全栅对现场仪表供电，虽然只有两根线，对于DCS也属于四线制仪表，有源信号。压力变送器取压点的选取：测量气体压力时，取压点应设置在工艺管道的上半部；测量液体压力时，取压点应在设置工艺管道的下半部与工艺管道的水平中心线成0度~45度夹角的范围内；测量蒸汽压力时，取压点应设置在工艺管道的上半部以及下半部与工艺管道水平中心线成0度~45度夹角的范围内；2'管竖直安装压力变送器的安装：压力变送器表头一般安装高度为1.2～1.4M左右，若低于或者高于安装地点，若影响较大则需要进行零位迁移。另外根据测量介质特性，可选择加隔隔离罐和蒸汽保温；螺纹直接安装直接安装方式：压力变送器通常带1/2NPT外螺纹接头，另一端引压管上一般有对焊式内螺纹接头，如1/2NPT内螺纹-φ14，直接拧紧即可；2'管竖直安装，采用DN50镀锌管垂直固定安装；单法兰安装或者双法兰安装。单法兰安装

展开全部差压流量计的迎流方向为正压侧，下游方向就是负压侧。如果无法判断上下游，则可以将差压变送器试装到流量计的差压输出端，如果显示为正的差压或测量到大于4毫安的电流，恭喜你蒙对了！否则可以调整变送器的正反方向（内部电路调向功能），如果没有这项功能就把正负引压管对调一下就行了。
