我的手机前段时间硬格过，之后我就没下过游戏，昨天下了几个，却发现安装了打不开，一点反应都没有，这是怎么回事啊？我本身系统里的游戏项按着也没有反应，是不是要装什么系统软件啊？如果要装的话，怎么装？请各位好心人一定帮帮我啊…
